Refund policy

Items may be exchanged/returned 14 days from receipt of merchandise. Item/s should be unused, unwashed and with tags attached.

Items that are damaged, used and without tags will not be accepted.

Exchange of style/color is allowed depending on stock availability.

Additional charges may apply should there be a difference in price.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be shouldered by the customer.

Fees will be shouldered by Studio Philippo only for wrong or defective items.
